Professional Mold Remediation Services
Restoring Your Property to a Safe, Healthy Environment
Our professional mold remediation services are designed to eliminate mold growth and return your residential or commercial property to a safe, healthy condition. We understand that discovering mold can be stressful, which is why our certified experts use proven methods and state-of-the-art equipment to address the problem comprehensively.
Understanding Mold: What You Need to Know
Microscopic mold spores exist naturally in almost every environment, both indoors and outdoors. This means complete elimination of mold from any property is impossible. However, our goal is to restore mold levels to normal, naturally occurring levels that pose no threat to your health or property.
Our Comprehensive Mold Remediation Process
1. Thorough Inspection and Assessment
Our process begins with a detailed inspection to identify all visible signs of mold growth. Using advanced detection technologies, we locate hidden water sources that fuel mold growth. This step is critical – without addressing the underlying moisture problem, mold will almost certainly return after cleaning.
2. Strategic Mold Containment
We establish containment barriers using plastic sheeting and temporarily shut down HVAC systems to prevent mold spores from spreading to unaffected areas of your property during the remediation process.
3. Advanced Air Filtration
Our specialized equipment, including powerful “air scrubbers” and HEPA vacuums, continuously filter the air to capture microscopic mold spores, ensuring they don’t spread throughout your property.
4. Safe Removal of Contaminated Materials
We carefully remove mold-infested porous materials such as:
- Carpeting and padding
- Drywall and insulation
- Other materials that cannot be effectively cleaned
This step may involve selective demolition to ensure complete removal of contaminated materials.
5. Professional Cleaning and Disinfection
We thoroughly clean and disinfect structural elements including flooring, framing, and fixtures using EPA-registered disinfectants. Important: We never simply paint or caulk over moldy surfaces – the mold must be completely removed first.
6. Complete Structural Drying
Using scientific drying methods, we ensure all affected areas reach appropriate moisture levels within 24-48 hours to prevent new mold growth. Our process includes comprehensive dehumidification of the entire affected area.
7. Odor Elimination
We address any lingering musty odors through professional deodorization techniques, leaving your property fresh and clean.

About The Details
The devil is in the details to do the job right. In basement crawl spaces with mold on the wooden trusses, a significant amount of labor is required due to the extensive surface area. In addition to the area, we treat all wood surfaces with a cleaner, followed by a biocide, and then a white wood sealer. If you have done any painting, it requires a lot of twisting and turning to reach all areas. Two products and then a third is a white material on all exposed surfaces. We use industrial-grade cleaners, HEPA vacuums, Strong venting, and apply fungicidal sealants for lasting protection. The picture on the left shows the details. All utilites floor and pipes are covered and protected, so the job looks like the coating was always there.
Work in progress with everything carefully covered, ready for treatment.

Spray application keeps the cost down
Sraying is very efficiant but the effort has to go into protecting the areas that are not to be treated. This takes time and planning and the tools to efficiantly get around cramped spaces like this that are low to start with and then the pipes are hung even lower that have to be ducked under all the time getting around.
While the work is going on multiple air scrubbers vent to the outside to continously clean the air while the work progresses
